We’re currently seeking an internship in Client Development and insights who will report to the WW Go to Market and Client Engagement Senior Manager as part of our dynamic team in Sesto FiorentinoYour opportunityAs a Client Development and Insights Intern, you will support the Omnichannel team to enhance our client engagement strategy and contribute to revenue growth. You will gain hands on experience in client profiling, in analyzing customer data, measuring campaign performance, and developing actionable insights to drive loyalty and engagement. You will also be involved in the client experience in store and during Factory visits. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a luxury heritage brand through data-driven decision-making.How you will contributeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the analysis of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all touchpoints.</li><li>Assist in customer segmentation and profiling using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data. As we expand our footprint in the high-end hospitality sector, we’re currently seeking a Hospitality Sales Account Executive to join our team in either Milan or Florence, reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality Sales. Your OpportunityAs a Hospitality Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Ginori 1735’s presence in the high-end hospitality, fine dining. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of sales development and client relationship management within these strategic markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth across the Italian and CIS regions.
