ABOUT SAINT LAURENT

Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape.

Our MissionWe are currently looking for Sales Merchandiser, who will support the performance of wholesale, franchising and retail channels across the region, ensuring optimal assortments, strong product visibility, efficient stock management and, market-aligned product strategies across Europe.How you will contribute<ul><li>Define and lead regional assortment strategies across retail network, wholesale and franchising partners, ensuring alignment with store clusters, product strategy, and evolving sales dynamics.</li><li>Develop regular sales performance analysis by product/channel/region, supporting prioritization  and driving actionable insights</li><li>Drive orders analysis for business partners to enhance assortment efficiency and maximize sell-through performance</li><li>Manage assortment optimization within the country through stock monitoring and rebalancing activities</li><li>Prepare in-depth competitor analysis to be shared with Corporate Merchandising during monthly meeting and when needed</li><li>Manage seasonal buying preparation, analysis and, reporting</li><li>Collect and consolidate market feedback on product needs, client preferences, and local trends, sharing all relevant insights with the  HQ Merchandising team.</li><li>Partner with local Sales, CRM, Training and Marketing teams to  identify business opportunities and proposing actionable recommendations to optimize sales performance</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar</li><li>Consolidated experience in merchandising or buying roles in luxury retail</li><li>Solid communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools</li><li>Fluent in English and Italian</li></ul>Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
