We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor who will report to the Operations Manager as part of our dynamic team in Beverly Hills.How you will contribute:<ul><li>Guarantees a correctly-run warehouse, creating and putting into practice efficient goods storage systems.</li><li>Finds the right balance between urgency of business dynamics and proper planning of activities.</li><li>Monitors and is responsible to supervise the inventory and the activity of the Stock Associate (s) in order to avoid losses.</li><li>Supervises payment procedures. Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. Achieve daily business objectives by supporting all shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, monitoring store supplies, and maintaining back stock effectively. This position will play a key role within the HR Shared Services team, supporting Kering Houses across LATAM. The Junior HR Business Partner will provide both strategic and operational guidance, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in HR processes. The focus is on delivering high-quality service, consistency, and care to internal clients, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives.
