Descriptif du poste :Au sein de la Direction RH, votre mission sera d&#39;accompagner le pôle Corporate dans ses missions quotidiennes. Vous aurez la possibilité de suivre la population stagiaires et alternants Coporate sur toutes les étapes de leur parcours au sein de la maison Boucheron.Activités du poste :•            Vous êtes le point de contact RH de la population stagiaires et alternants de la Maison pour la population HQ.•            Elaboration des définitions de postes en lien avec les managers des départements du siège.•            Rédaction et mise en ligne des annonces (internes, jobboards, LinkedIn…).•            Recueil des besoins auprès des managers.•            Pilotage du processus de recrutement pour les stagiaires et alternants (entretiens téléphoniques, entretiens physiques, comptes-rendus des entretiens, etc.).•            Intégration de l’ensemble de la population Corporate (intégration dans le SIRH, intégration à l’arrivée – présentation des outils, présentation de la Maison, remise du welcome pack, etc.).•            Animation et développement de la communauté stagiaires et alternants de la Maison.•            Aide aux sessions d’Onboarding.Support Opérationnel et administratif :Vous proposez des axes d’amélioration continue sur les process et outils RH.•            Contrôle et mise à jour des outils de gestion SIRH (workday).•            Gestion du suivi / ou et suivi des périodes d’essai.•            Gestion d’une partie de la communication RH en interne (annonce des nouvelles arrivées sur le réseau de la Maison, etc.).•            Aide et Support à l’établissement des documents contractuels (contrats, avenants, lettres, etc.) et suivi administratif des stagiaires et des alternants : lien avec les écoles et création des différents contrats (conventions de stage, Cerfa, conventions de formation, etc.).•            Suivi de projets RH.Profil recherché :•            De formation Bac &#43;4/5 en Ecole de Commerce ou Université (spécialisation RH ou psychologie du travail), vous êtes en recherche d’un stage de 6 mois.•            Idéalement, vous justifiez d&#39;une première expérience aboutie en développement RH ou Recrutement.•            Maitrise du pack office attendue.•            Une connaissance de l’outil Workday est un plus.•            Une réelle maîtrise du français et de l&#39;anglais (parlé et écrit) est indispensable.•            Sensible à l&#39;univers du luxe, vous êtes rigoureux(se) curieux(se), force de proposition et organisé(e).•            Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du relationnel et votre capacité d’adaptation.Durée du stage : 6 moisDisponibilité : A partir de septembre 2025Nous croyons en la richesse des perspectives et des origines.
