Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Achieves individual and team sales and customer targets, KPIs by effectively using available data/systems to better understand own performance and sales opportunities</li><li>Effectively uses cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Creates an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best in class service. We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our team in Sloane Street on a full time permanent contract
Your role is about offering every customer a unique and personalized experience turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.

Role Mission To drive store revenue by exceeding daily sales target and creating sustainable growth. Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Follow Gucci policies and procedures.</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, store management, &amp; consumers.</li><li>Create a high energy, compelling store experience for customers by engaging customers and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors to associates.</li><li>Position yourself as the store reference in terms of stock techniques and procedures.</li><li>Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, and deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with the sales team.</li><li>Ensure replenishment is done hourly and accurately.</li><li>Manage transfers and all other operations in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles.</li><li>Follow daily placement of items for sale, in line with product available in stock (style, size, and color).</li><li>Undertake inventory operations and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downs.</li><li>Communicate on a daily basis with Stock Coordinator and/or Store Management to inform on product rotation and propose remedial measures where necessary</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Brand Ambassador</li><li>Passionate about product and fashion, curious</li><li>Act according to the Brand values</li><li>Engaging with Customers</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English</li></ul>

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.
