With a design studio and atelier based in London, the house is known for uncompromising quality and creative vision.At McQueen, we live and breathe a culture defined by our key Behaviours:· Empowerment – We empower our team and peers, providing unwavering support to ensure everyone can thrive; this means giving support to your team and those you are working with to succeed.· Teamwork – We put an emphasis on Teamwork; this means working together as a collective to achieve shared goals.· Respect – We value respect, treating everyone with dignity and showing genuine appreciation for their efforts: this means treating everyone equally.· Kindness – We believe kindness is integral to everything we do; this means demonstrating compassion and empathy towards others.How will you contribute?· Manage front of house and reception duties answering calls and being the first point of contact for all visitors.· Managing the booking of meeting rooms in the office for employees.· Arrange local courier and taxi bookings for employees.· Proactively ensuring the excellent upkeep of the reception and office space, tidiness and general care in line with the McQueen brand image; ensuring front of house areas are in immaculate condition.· Assist the Head of Operations and Facilities with general admin tasks.· Carrying out a daily checks of all the kitchens ensuring they are well stocked.· Co-ordinating weekly deliveries of milk, fruit and other catering supplies.· Carrying out office H&amp;S checks during the daily office walkthrough.· Coordinating and troubleshooting general facilities issues and requests, escalating as required to the Facilities Co-ordinator.· Assisting the Facilities Co-ordinator with new joiner desk set ups.· Creating building passes for new joiners.· Placing orders and raising POs for ad hoc facilities requests.· Ensuring photocopiers are fully stocked with paper. Changing toner cartridges as and when required.· Proactively double checking that all stationary cupboards are fully stocked.· Co-ordinating recycling and waste collections.· Assist with photoshoots and model fitting set ups that are held at the London office.· Setting up catering for in-house meetings and shoots.· Assist with office moves and ad hoc office clear outs.· Support with other projects and activities as required.· Act as a first aider and fire warden alongside the facilities team.Required Skills:· You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours.· Previous reception or facilities experience required, working in an office of 100&#43; staff essential (creative industry preferred).· Professional with a high regard for confidentially and discretion.· Excellent telephone and email manner.· Team player, with a proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude.· Multi-tasking person.· Calm, agile and resilient when working under pressure.· Strong sense of ownership - ensure that every request is professionally answered and followed through to completion.· Good knowledge of IT – with previous experience providing first line support· First aid and fire warden training beneficial.Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce. This role does not require deep technical expertise, but rather hands-on experience with SAP in a project or support context, strong coordination skills, and a business-oriented mindset.You will act as the bridge between our business teams, group-level SAP support, and external vendors, ensuring smooth operations of our distribution SAP stream, while also leading the international rollout of SAP for Retail in AMER, EMEA, and Japan.<h2>How will you contribute?</h2>SAP Support for Distribution Processes<ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours. </li><li>Act as the main IT contact for day-to-day SAP-related issues in our supply chain stream (order management, central warehouse operations, financial flows, master data management)</li><li>Liaise with business users and group IT to follow up on incidents, integration bugs, and enhancement requests.</li><li>Coordinate with other brands and group teams to align on cross-brand issues and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Manage the testing and validation of bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.</li><li>Provide guidance and sometimes training to users on SAP usage, including SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).</li><li>Propose and formalize business-relevant improvements to existing SAP processes and configurations.</li><li>Create functional specifications document for the development of applications (integrations, improvements and reports) and follow up their developments</li><li>Coordinate with the security teams for user roles and authorizations</li><li>Act as the IT SAP referent for business and IT teams requiring integration or interaction with SAP, ensuring alignment and smooth interfacing across systems.</li></ul>SAP for Retail Rollout Projects<ul><li>Oversee the implementation of SAP for Retail in international regions (AMER, EMEA, Japan), representing the brand’s interests.</li><li>Ensure alignment between SAP templates and our brand-specific business processes.</li><li>Coordinate and follow all project phases (design, build, mock, UAT, deployment) from a brand IT stand point.</li><li>Collaborate with local teams on training, change management, and go-live support.</li><li>Post-rollout, act as the support referent for users in the new retail scope.  </li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with SAP in a functional or IT project coordination role (FMS ECC6 preferred).</li><li>Good understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MDM modules.</li><li>Familiarity with SAP AFO (Analysis for Office) and ability to train users on basic usage.</li><li>Previous exposure to retail and fashion industry processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly with both IT and business teams, and follow through on resolution of complex issues.</li><li>Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, structured approach, and team-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
