Protecting the bottom line of the company and its sales are paramount to the success of any retail initiative.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Process Payroll as directed by the company.</li><li>Maintain store schedules.</li><li>Ensure staff adheres to attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Ensure that petty cash &amp; check reconciliation is processed correctly each month and submitted prior to due date.</li><li>Maintain the accuracy of the Customer database, ensure that your team is entering all client data in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Ensure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the store: front of house, back of house, team</li><li>Support Store director in managing inventories activities, warehouse stock and reports immediately any discrepancies<ul><li>Manage inventory activities taking into account related inventory results in collaboration with the Operations manager</li><li>Manage warehouse stock and verify that it is in line with the Store’s sales potential</li></ul></li><li>Challenge and improve current processes sustaining the growth and ensure efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Supervise the team planning</li></ul></div>WHO YOU ARE  <ul><li>Commitment to take part in an innovative project</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position (minimum 10 people)</li><li>Significant sales experience in the luxury Retail industry</li><li>Successful managerial experience of a team (the ability to set goals, delegate work and follow up results)</li><li>High sensitivity to clients experience and loyalty</li><li>Precision, organizational skills, adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity</li><li>High availability, responsiveness</li><li>Product and Fashion sensitivity</li><li>Mastering digital skills</li><li>Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills</li></ul>COMPENSATIONFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. We are currently seeking an Associate Store Director who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Associate Store Director leads the Department Managers and store sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines.

They are responsible for promoting brand engagement to clients to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to bring the store at its full potential.

They act as representative of the Store Director and thus fulfils all the tasks given by the HQ/HO and Store Director.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE<ul><li>Ensure the achievement of individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business</li><li>Provide an exceptional customer service experience and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the products as well as Balenciaga history and message in accordance with Balenciaga’s client journey</li><li>Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with meaningful data you have captured, contact clients regularly and provide appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests</li><li>Procure information about current trends and fashion history and weave into selling ceremony to discuss with clients and provide advice</li><li>Participate in a team environment; foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions</li><li>Contribute to the execution of daily operational tasks per company directives</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>3&#43; years of experience in a similar role, preferably within other retail or fashion companies</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</li><li>Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals</li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen through a genuine passion for the fashion industry</li><li>Strategic vision in order to develop the business and high level of personal performance</li></ul>COMPENSATIONFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. The Balenciaga Sales Associate is responsible for providing our customers with top quality service by meeting their individual needs and expectations. This person will serve as a brand expert, promoting both the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

Votre opportunité   Au sein de l’équipe Business Planning vous serez garant des reportings de ventes Retail &amp; Wholesale, des outils de reporting des stocks ainsi que d’analyses ad hoc. Votre contribution<ul><li>Support à la consolidation et l’analyse des résultats de ventes hebdomadaires de l’ensemble du réseau Retail à la fois par marchés et catégories produit. Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison. 

Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.

Depuis octobre 2015, Demna Gvasalia est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.
