Your opportunity  You will be a key ambassador for the brand providing a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience, passionately guiding the client across the Brand, nurturing a long-term loyal relationship. You will carry out sales and clienteling actions in order to maximize individual and store target and KPIs.  How you will contribute  <ul><li>Create and develop a positive relationship with the customers, from the first contact to the farewell </li></ul><ul><li>Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals </li></ul><ul><li>Accomplish the goals set by the Store Management contributing to the teamwork </li></ul><ul><li>Effectively use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture the relationship with the existing and potential customers </li></ul><ul><li>Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand potential customer base </li></ul><ul><li>Gather information about the market: new trends, events, competitors’ activities and products </li></ul><ul><li>Effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and in the company at large </li></ul><ul><li>Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines </li></ul><ul><li>Respect Brioni standards, roles and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks </li></ul> Who you are  <ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand </li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English, another language is a plus </li></ul><ul><li>Good knowledge of men&#39;s formalwear </li></ul><ul><li>Good knowledge of high-end fashion field </li></ul><ul><li>MTM specialization is a plus </li></ul><ul><li>Listening and communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible to work in a multicultural context </li></ul><ul><li>A proactive individual </li></ul><ul><li>Self-development attitude </li></ul><ul><li>Sense of ownership </li></ul><ul><li>Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods </li></ul> Why work with us?  This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Brioni adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a thriving Atelier in a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.  Talent development is a managerial principle at Kering and we are committed to fostering internal mobility. Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Supervisor:
Guarantees the best possible experience for our customers. Provides style and product advice. Monitors the sales flow and runs promotional activities to meet our high standards on sales and services. Mentors junior roles.

Your ResponsibilitiesSales Objectives &amp; TargetsAim to exceed all sales targets set by the Company and at the very minimum ensure that all targets are met by constantly building and maintaining a strong client base.Analyse sales figures and CRM activity to develop immediate &amp; long range goal plans. You are also expected to sales associates &amp; team incentives.Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer eventsMaintaining awareness of local &amp; luxury market trends and monitoring local competition activity.Building relationships with local and VIP clients.Store Standards and Customer CareLiaising with your team, other relevant colleagues and customers in order to identifying and resolving urgent issuesShowcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically, whilst abiding to all Company policiesAdhering and reinforcing the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines Ensure best possible management of stores upkeep and maintenance, surveying and highlighting any necessary building work, cleaning &amp; other action is undertakenManage Store Operating budgetsAssist managing store operations in the most effective way whilst minimizing costs through; headcount and operating costs including; couriers/postage/ alterations &amp; any other outsourced workPersonnel ManagementAs the key member of the management team you must lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staff.Taking ownership of the recruitment process, seeking authorization to recruit, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews if necessary.To assist conducting in-store training including: coordinating the induction of new staff into the store, product knowledge; sharing information gained from the collection presentations and identifying members of staff who require further attention to ensure that their knowledge is to the high standard we require.To carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, following the Company’s procedure and providing constructive and comprehensive feedback, as well as setting individual objectives for development.To have an understanding of your staff’s training needs and to liaise with the HR Department to develop ways to implement your training needs.Regularly updates staff on business performance, and new initiatives.Develop and convert into practical application, the knowledge and skills related to techniques, processes, laws, procedures, policies, equipment and products necessary to do the job effectively and efficiently.Assist coordinating rotas and overtimeMonitoring sickness and other absences such as holiday and maternity leave, ensuring appropriate cover is provided, limiting the use of agency staff.RequirementsStrong sales driving skillGood team management skillGood English in both spoken and writtenOpen, passionate, with good communication skillAble to work under pressure

Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.
