Financial Planning and Analysis<ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Retail business.</li><li>Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support business decision to achieve financial targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the Business Planning Manager to propose realistic sales targets to HQ finance.</li><li>Monitor key retail KPIs (e.g., sales density, productivity) and drive initiatives to enhance store profitability.</li><li>Conduct P&amp;L analysis for pop-up events and coordinate with Retail and Architecture teams to ensure profitability and get approvals from HQ finance.</li><li>Lead investment approval process (EVA: measurement of financial performance) of store projects.</li></ul>Monthly Closing<ul><li>Closely communicate with Kering Korea SSC to ensure the store related expenses are posted to appropriate cost centers and GL accounts.</li><li>Share detailed monthly financial performance insights with the Retail Director, identifying cost-saving and investment opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and deliver monthly reporting deck that analyze financial performance of retail business to senior management (CEO, regional CFO and country finance head) for timely decision making.</li><li>Submit Management Reporting Package (MRP) in HFM for store PL.</li><li>Review and update the shopping bag cost estimation logic periodically.</li><li>Be a key contact person in communicating with HQ finance retail controlling team.</li><li>In charge of annual Environmental Reporting Campaign for Bottega Veneta Korea.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FP&amp;A within a retail or consumer-facing industry.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HFM is a plus.</li></ul>

This role leads financial planning and analysis for Bottega Veneta Korea’s Retail business, the core driver of our operations in Korea. As Korea plays a pivotal role in APAC growth, this is a unique opportunity for a finance professional passionate about retail FP&A to make a strategic impact.

To enhance the competencies of individual employees in their assigned Region by conducting training programs that will boost employee's performance in alliance with company's core values through the delivery of a training curriculum and learning materials for all training phases.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage seasonal buying and assortment planning for Men’s RTW &amp; Shoes</li><li>Support assortment planning, system uploads, and permanent assortment reviews</li><li>Map collections by store to optimize sales opportunities</li><li>Manage daily distribution and optimize seasonal Sell-through to maximize</li><li>Execute stock rebalancing and store-to-store transfers</li><li>Monitor shipment status and communicate updates with HQ &amp; stores</li><li>Prepare weekly sales comments and delivery updates, and provide monthly sales analysis, sell-through reports, and business updates for HQ</li><li>Conduct seasonal feedback, competitor analysis, and market requests</li><li>Facilitate seasonal collection trainings, Mix &amp; Match workshops, and in-store coaching for Men’s RTW &amp; Shoes to strengthen team capability and sales results</li></ul><h3>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandising/buying, preferably in luxury fashion</li><li>Strong knowledge of Men’s RTW clients and fashion market trends</li><li>Proven ability to analyze data and translate into business actions</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with POS/ERP systems</li><li>Fluent in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven, with the ability to work independently</li></ul><div></div><div></div>

Job Scope

This role will support the GMM and Merchandising Assistant Manager in the execution of all merchandising functions. The position is primarily in charge of Men's RTW & Shoes, with key responsibilities including retail mindset buying, sales projection, and stock management. The role will also be expected to propose appropriate business actions based on analysis and performance results.
