We are currently seeking a Small Leather Goods Collection Merchandising Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.How you will contribute?Follow-up and support in the deployment of the product strategy:<ul><li>Participate in the elaboration of the collection plan to explore new functions and product opportunities.</li><li>Realise competitor benchmark (product typology and mix, price mapping).</li><li>Support and collaborate with the Product Development Team to monitor the progress of the collections.</li><li>Weekly/Monthly analysis and ad hoc sales reporting.</li><li>Create the documents to plan seasonal marketing activities and ad hoc product launches events.</li><li>Manage the collection samples.</li><li>Involvement in daily and ad hoc activities of Merchandising Department.</li></ul>Showroom preparation:<ul><li>Support in the elaboration of buying deck during the selling campaign preparation.</li><li>Support in the daily management of the different product categories; management of the sample assortment according to the different requests, catalogue opening requests to be managed with product development teams.</li><li>Elaborate product descriptions, hierarchy checks in collaboration with all the involved departments.</li><li>Support in the development of the collection training to explain the collection inspirations and strategy.</li><li>Prepare the end of selling campaign sell-in analysis.</li></ul>Who you are?<ul><li>Successful studies in Business Management, Fashion &amp; Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies;</li><li>Fluent in English, Italian is a plus;</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Office.</li><li>6 months experience in similar roles or instore (internships included) is a plus;</li><li>Aesthetical sensibility, product knowledge and passion for Fashion combined with a strong analytical mindset;</li><li>Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Confidentiality;</li><li>Teamwork and good relational skills;</li></ul>Why work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow. The Regional FP&amp;A Manager is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, planning, and analysis to support regional business decisions and performance. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis activities across multiple business units within the region, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.How will you contribute:<ul><li>Lead and prepare the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the region together with the APAC CFO, not limited to aligning on APAC and HQ deadlines, and discussions with each sub-region prior to HFM submissions.</li><li>Provide detailed financial and variance analysis, by country and sub-region</li><li>Partner with sub-regional leadership teams to evaluate business performance.</li><li>Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports and ad-hoc requests.</li><li>Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management. </li><li>Ensure alignment between sub-regional and HQ finance. </li><li>Collaborate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to improve data accuracy and financial visibility. </li><li>Support strategic planning initiatives including long-term financial planning.</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Degree in Accountancy, Qualified Accountant CPA / CA preferred</li><li>At least 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A and business partnership across region</li><li>Candidates with strong experience in regional financial consolidation preferred</li><li>Proven resilience with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment</li><li>Advanced financial modeling capabilities, experienced in Hyperion Enterprise and/or HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SAP and Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Think-cell.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills</li><li>Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders</li><li>Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.</li></ul>This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibility to learn and grow.
