An inclusive brand with exclusive products, Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Your opportunity<h3>Siamo alla ricerca di una figura Tecnica Esperta di Pelletteria da inserire all’interno del team Tecnico di Produzione basato nei plant produttivi Manifattura Veneta Pelletterie di Altavilla Vicentina, Dueville, Vicenza e Malo (Vicenza). </h3>How you will contributeCome Tecnico Esperto Pelletteria avrai l’opportunità di supportare la messa in produzione di articoli di pelletteria (borse, piccola pelletteria, accessori), supportando la realizzazione efficiente del prodotto nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi, dei tempi e dei costi aziendali.Nello specifico le attività previste saranno le seguenti:<ul><li>Confronto con area Sviluppo/Ingegneria/Qualità per gestire e risolvere eventuali problematiche di produzione al fine di garantire la realizzazione dell’articolo secondo le richieste;</li><li>Ottimizzare i cicli produttivi e le fasi di lavorazione proponendo soluzioni tecniche, piccole automazioni e semplificazioni operative per contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi;</li><li>Supportare i reparti produttivi, trasferendo know-how tecnico e formazione sulle metodologie di assemblaggio;</li><li>Capacità di lettura del cartamodello con conoscenza di tutte le informazioni tecniche necessarie alla realizzazione dell’articolo richiesto, monitorando ed eventualmente modificando e aggiornando i dati durante le fasi di produzione;</li><li>Condividere con colleghi dell’area Tecnica di Sviluppo/ Ingegneria/Qualità le informazioni relative alla produzione degli articoli e partecipazione agli incontri di confronto tecnico di messa a punto.</li></ul>Who you are?<ul><li>Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 5-10 anni in industrie manifatturiere del settore pelletteria;</li><li>Formazione tecnica come modellista o industrializzatore in ambito pelletteria, e capacità di lettura e creazione di schede tecniche e cicli di lavorazione.</li><li>Ottima conoscenza dei materiali, dei processi produttivi e delle tecniche costruttive della pelletteria e dell’applicazione degli accessori metallici;</li><li>Conoscenza base del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel) e di sistemi gestionali;</li><li>Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro;</li><li>Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e al problem solving;</li><li>Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte sul territorio italiano.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Work closely with financial controller and cross-functional organizations to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional and operational knowledge of broad company processes and policies.</li><li>Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting to proactively provide the financial controller with information to aid decision making and cost management.</li><li>Forecasting activities include the identification of risks and opportunities, work with functional teams to ensure control over critical areas of store profit &amp; loss, and capital expenditures.</li><li>Collaborating with Retail Director and Area Managers to maximize each store’s profit.</li><li>Understand business implications which assist management in decision making.  </li><li>Develop and maintain database of key financial and operating metrics and performance measurements related to the functional organization</li></ul>

Commercial Finance team is the business partner of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting retail (store) financial activities, leading process simplification activities and pro-actively assists leadership team in achieving company’s goals. The Commercial Finance Assistant Manager/Senior Analyst’s major responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, monitoring and suggesting optimization of store OPEX spending as well as capital expenditures, financial reporting to Headquarter team and lead continuous improvement of financial planning and analytical processes. Also to mentor and coach commercial finance analyst directly reporting to herself/himself.
