We are currently seeking a Store Director who will report to the Regional Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Store Director is a professional in the fashion industry who is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to clients, in particular VICs and VVICs, in order to guarantee store business goals.

They are accountable for sustaining the brand image, achieving sales and KPIs goals, managing the store team, recruiting, retaining and developing clients, and guarantees compliance with all processes and guidelines set by the HQ/HO in order to bring the store to its full potential.

They are accountable for being the Balenciaga benchmark (excellent standards) in his/her Region/Country.

Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Your opportunityResponsible for the sales and profit goals of the directly operated retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau. Oversee key projects and initiatives implemented in the stores. Collaborate with Head Office and other departments in Greater China and lead the store teams in ensuring quality and consistent services delivering Balenciaga experiences to our customers.How you will contribute Sales <ul><li>Responsible for sales and operation expenses for all retail stores</li><li>Ensure that stores are managing the business on a day-to-day basis by maximizing sales and achieving monthly targets</li><li>Perform sales analysis and forecast; develop sales strategy and action plan to lead the stores in achieving targets</li><li>Track competitors’ sales and relevant market trend</li><li>Build good relationships with landlords and partners as well as manage collaboration to develop business further with those partners</li></ul>Client Service<ul><li>Responsible for CEE target achievement and identifying opportunities to improve client service</li><li>Build store teams with strong client-centric mindset to deliver professional and luxury service to the clients</li><li>Ensure stores are always in best condition in terms of store maintenance, staff grooming, visual merchandising, BOH organization, etc.</li></ul>Store Operations<ul><li>Secure store operation policy execution in-line with Kering group compliance standard</li><li>Supervise stores to handle administrative duties, daily reports and staff duty rosters</li><li>Ensure that stores are properly maintained and have proper functioning of all sales support systems</li><li>Conduct regular visits to stores to evaluate and rectify needs and issues</li><li>Identify efficiency and effectiveness to optimize store expenses, whilst keeping store operations in accordance with corporate guidelines and standards</li></ul>CRM<ul><li>Build and maintain KEY customer relationship</li><li>Coordinate and support CRM and Merchandising teams in organizing in-store and promotional events to sustain customer loyalty, if any</li><li>Ensure proper customer data acquisition and management of IT system</li><li>Identify opportunity to improve store experience and to achieve KPI target</li></ul>Coaching and Development<ul><li>Motivate and coach staff appropriately to ensure that respect of company procedures, values and team spirit are in line with corporate standards</li><li>Ensure that staff is well trained on company procedures, product knowledge, security and operations</li><li>Identify and develop top Manager/Sales at each location; identify training and development needs and give feedback</li><li>Evaluate staffing performance on timely basis</li><li>Build effective teams, recruit and retain talented staff</li><li>Work closely with training department in identifying action plan to improve on MSP result</li></ul>Other functional supports<ul><li>After Sales Service – to coordinate and ensure repair and services are provided on timely manner and according to policy</li><li>Merchandise/Inventory Control – work with merchandising team on maximizing sales; identify lost opportunity</li><li>Visual Merchandising – work closely with VM staff to ensure store image is consistently reaching the brand standards and guidelines</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Degree holder in Business or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 8 years progressive experience of Store Operations Management, Retail Analytics, Project Management, KPIs in luxury</li><li>Demonstrated strong commercial awareness and adapt to a fast-paced environment </li><li>Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across different functions and levels</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented with love of troubleshooting and problem solving and capable of working under pressure and meeting short deadlines</li><li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with ability to consolidating large amount of data and information</li><li>Practical and hands-on experience of HK and Macau market with a proven track record of effective initiative implementation and the ability to drive business goals via strategy business planning</li><li>Good team player with proven ability to partner with business leaders and develop tactics to achieve sales and contribution objectives and the efficient use of the resources</li><li>Excellence in communication and presentation skills</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing</li></ul>Why work with usThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Balenciaga philosophy and to become part of a team that offers possibilities to learn and grow.   Balenciaga is committed to thriving your professional development within the House or in the Kering group.
