HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE<ul><li>Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines</li><li>Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficiently</li><li>Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies</li><li>Receive merchandise</li><li>Complete monthly store reconciliation</li></ul>REPAIRS<ul><li>In stores with CSR function, partner closely on repair management</li><li>Handle repairs in a timely manner and communicate concerns appropriately</li><li>Ship out repairs weekly and follow up as needed</li></ul>INVENTORY<ul><li>Perform cycle counts</li><li>Monitor and resolve negatives in a timely manner to prevent discrepancies</li><li>Maintain and organize HOH; proactively work to prevent LP and sales issues</li><li>Prepare and organize annual inventory according to Kering guidelines</li></ul>SUPPLIES AND COST MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Ensure costs are aligned with budget</li><li>Supplies (i.e., shipping, stationary, packaging, etc.) are well equipped at all times; order as needed</li></ul>OPENING &amp; CLOSING PROCEDURES<ul><li>Perform opening &amp; closing procedures according to Balenciaga and Kering Guidelines</li><li>Facilitates Management and Maintenance:</li><li>Coordinate HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire monitoring, elevator maintenance, pest control, as well as store planning updates with corporate team</li></ul>REPORTING<ul><li>Ensure all necessary daily, weekly, monthly reporting is submitted (i.e., reconciliation, packaging, etc.)</li></ul>SALES AND SUPPORT<ul><li>Support the sales floor as needed</li><li>Work on additional projects as directed by management</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>6&#43; years of operational experience within luxury retail</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Processing), JDA, etc.</li><li>Ability to react quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A strong communicator with proven ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals</li><li>Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise</li><li>Proven ability to drive results</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen</li><li>Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>WHY WORK WITH US?  This is an exciting opportunity to join Balenciaga’s Toronto Premium Outlet team as a Stock Manager who will drive the business and contribute to the brand philosophy. We are currently seeking a Stock Manager who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring all HOH roles and responsibilities are performed effectively and in accordance with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines. The Stock Manager works with store management to monitor and maintain store operations, inventory, budget, customer service, etc.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE<ul><li>Ensure the achievement of individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business</li><li>Provide an exceptional customer service experience and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the products as well as Balenciaga history and message in accordance with Balenciaga’s client journey</li><li>Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with meaningful data you have captured, contact clients regularly and provide appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests</li><li>Procure information about current trends and fashion history and weave into selling ceremony to discuss with clients and provide advice</li><li>Participate in a team environment; foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions</li><li>Contribute to the execution of daily operational tasks per company directives</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>3&#43; years of experience in a similar role, preferably within other retail or fashion companies</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</li><li>Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals</li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen through a genuine passion for the fashion industry</li><li>Strategic vision in order to develop the business and high level of personal performance</li></ul>COMPENSATIONFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. About us
Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.

Today it continues to uphold the vision of the House through boundary-pushing collections including women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, and objets d’art. The brand’s unprecedented interactions with the expanding digital realm, material developments, and today’s social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity. 

In 2021, Balenciaga’s 50th Couture collection—the House’s first since its founder retired in 1968 – reintroduces a standard of cutting-edge elegance. 

From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna designed both men’s and women’s collections as the Artistic Director.
