Your opportunity As Crisis &amp; Security Manager for Japan and South-Korea, you lead Kering&#39;s security agenda across Kering Corporate and all Houses operating in both countries. Reporting to the Group Head of Crisis Management and working hand-in-hand with local management and the Houses, you protect Kering&#39;s people, assets and operations through three complementary missions: crisis &amp; emergency preparedness and response; physical security and loss prevention; and risk intelligence, travel security and executive protection — which includes personally escorting the Kering Group Chairman and CEO during their visits to Japan and South-Korea. The role combines hands-on response capability with strategic advisory across offices, stores, warehouses and high-profile executive visits. You will also be expected to support Houses in fulfilling their security and safety duties, and make sure that they get the right level of support when necessary. This includes retail security (loss prevention), event security, health and safety as well as business continuity. How you will contribute/Key Responsibilities The role is structured around three complementary missions: Crisis &amp; Emergency Preparedness and Response<ul><li>Methodology: Maintain crisis management procedures, member lists and tools, keeping them aligned with the Group’s crisis management policy and standards.</li><li>Preparedness: design and deliver crisis management trainings and exercises, together with the Group Head of Crisis Management, for both the Japan and South Korea Crisis Response Teams (CRT). Your primary focus will be the hospitality business, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and rental companies, among others.<div></div>How You Will Contribute<ul><li>Maintain ongoing contact with hospitality agents and the HQ Sales Team to achieve sales goals while delivering excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with the Commercial Direction and Sales Team to define the requirements of commercial contracts for the US market</li><li>Manage the entire process related to customized products, including design sketches, costing, samples production, and final order management</li><li>Own the full order cycle, from proposals through to delivery</li><li>Manage the shipping and return of samples for hospitality clients</li><li>Take care of the hospitality section of the Ginori 1735 showroom, ensuring proper display and assortment</li><li>Work closely with Planning and Logistics to track and monitor order advancement</li><li>Prepare and provide all required documentation (packing lists, etc.), working closely with the Kering Administration, Logistics and Outbound Teams</li><li>Ensure that all customer requests and issues are resolved professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner</li><li>Manage client complaints related to packaging and product quality, working closely with the Quality Department</li><li>Track and monitor payment status and credit collections, working closely with the Finance &amp; Administration Team</li><li>Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions</li></ul><div></div>Who You Are<ul><li>2&#43; years of work experience in a B2B customer service environment preferred</li><li>Proven customer-facing experience</li><li>Good business knowledge of order-to-cash flows</li><li>Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs rules</li><li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li><li>Good knowledge of sales principles and methods</li><li>Fluent in English; Italian is a plus</li><li>NYC based</li></ul>You are a customer-oriented team player with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and a genuine passion for the luxury industry. Operation documents management and filing.Support on daily OP team payment, expenses requisition arrangement, incl. contract chopping and delivery, invoice and related tasks.Stores related information update and consolidation, support store materials order and arrangement.Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, coordinate the communications with other departments for stores.

Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description - Retail/Sales Operations:
Supports the sales process through activities that may include putting displays in place, keeping stock level inventory, managing payment transactions and conducting fittings or garment alterations.

Speciality Description - Retail/Sales Operations:
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects, such as changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation. Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.
