Fondée par Cristóbal Balenciaga en 1917 en Espagne, et établie à Paris en 1937, la Maison Balenciaga a redéfini la haute couture moderne à travers ses nombreuses innovations en matière de forme et de technique.

ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the sociocultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.  Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.  ROLEAs Store Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting back-office operations and setting best practices across the stores. <div><div>In the role of Operations Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of the store&#39;s operational strategy, leading both the store operations and back-of-house teams towards enhanced efficiency and timely support. With a focus on meticulous attention to details and a steadfast dedication to operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining GUCCI&#39;s esteemed reputation for luxury and sophistication while elevating the overall client experience. </div><div> </div><div>Your leadership will be instrumental in the day-to-day management of operations, collaborating closely with the broader management team to optimize various facets of the store&#39;s activities. This includes but is not limited to stock management, product flow, cash reconciliation and after-sales service, maintenance, inventory oversight, administrative tasks, policy enforcement, asset protection, and ensuring health and safety protocols are rigorously upheld. </div><div> </div><div>Key Accountabilities </div><div>Operations </div><div><ul><li>Systematically drive, improve, and maintain operational excellence and efficiency across all aspects of the store keeping a commercial and strategic mindset, monitoring quantitative and qualitative KPI’s dashboards to drive any action plans.   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure meticulous organization of back-of-house areas, proximity areas, stock rooms, cash counters, maintenance and tailoring rooms, product care, and holding areas.   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stock losses and shrinkage, ensure accurate tracking of merchandise, and oversee store cycle counts and stock reconciliation.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor and ensure the correct management of all payments flows and tenders: cash, store credits and deposits, special orders, discounts and other.
