Role MissionThe Gucci Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser is a highly experienced, self-directed visual leader based within one of Gucci’s highest-volume and highest-visibility stores in the West region (Rodeo Drive or Costa Mesa). This role is responsible for owning and elevating all aspects of in-store visual merchandising, ensuring the global creative vision is executed with excellence, precision, and commercial impact.As a senior visual presence in the store, this role acts as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, partnering closely with store leadership, regional visual teams, and corporate stakeholders to drive business performance, elevate the client experience, and set a benchmark for visual standards within the region.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Own and execute all interior visual merchandising and window presentations for the store, ensuring flawless execution of global visual directives.</li><li>Serve as the in-store visual authority and subject matter expert for brand aesthetics, creative standards, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Interpret global creative strategy and adapt it thoughtfully to the unique architecture, clientele, and business needs of the store, using advanced visual judgment and discretion.</li><li>Create elevated, inspiring visual presentations that enhance the client journey, drive product focus, and maximize sales performance.</li><li>Partner closely with the Store Director to ensure strong alignment between visual execution, business strategy, and commercial priorities, while collaborating with Merchandising and Operations teams to drive overall store performance.</li><li>Analyze selling reports and product performance to proactively adjust visual merchandising strategies and zoning plans.</li><li>Lead visual execution for in-store events, seasonal launches, VIP activations, and special projects, ensuring high-impact and on-brand results.</li><li>Act as a mentor and coach to store teams and visual ambassadors, building strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the store while elevating overall visual capability, standards awareness, and execution quality.</li><li>Ensure all visual installations are maintained to the highest standards, including ongoing refreshes, maintenance, and attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborate with Regional Visual Managers and the Visual Director to share best practices, innovations, and feedback from the field.</li><li>Manage and maintain visual tools, props, and inventory, ensuring proper care, storage, and brand compliance.</li><li>Provide clear and consistent communication on visual updates, including photo documentation and recaps for regional and corporate partners.</li><li>Serve as a pilot location for new concepts, guidelines, and visual initiatives, setting the standard for other stores in the market.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>5&#43; We are currently seeking an In-Store Specialist (Merchandiser) to join the Retail Excellence Team. This role will report to the Retail Excellence Manager East. This role is based in Pennsylvania supporting Philadelphia and Washington DC areas.

Your Opportunity

As an In-Store Specialist and expert of your region, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between the corporate teams and store management teams to maximize sales at the door level for specified department store accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales, training, and meeting sales goals in the specified territory for all brands in the Kering Eyewear portfolio.

We are currently seeking a Stock Manager who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring all HOH roles and responsibilities are performed effectively and in accordance with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines. The Stock Manager works with store management to monitor and maintain store operations, inventory, budget, customer service, etc.
