Our MissionWe are looking at a talented and experienced CRM Manager to join our dynamic EMEA team in Milan. The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all retail across Europe. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.Your Opportunity<ul><li>Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to segment customer databases and target specific customer groups with tailored marketing campaigns.</li><li>Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Retail Operations, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.</li><li>Design and implement customer loyalty programs to incentivize repeated purchases and foster long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance and customer trends.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in CRM to drive innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Who you Are<ul><li>Master&#39;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience (5&#43; years) in CRM management, preferably within the luxury retail industry.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.</li><li>Fluency in English and Italian is required. Additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Experience in managing customer loyalty programs is highly desirable.</li></ul>

Your opportunityWe are currently looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our Pomellato dynamic team based in London Bond Street.How you will contributeThe candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout.
