We are currently seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern in Kering Milan.  

    Your opportunity

    You will work collaboratively with the Portfolio Management team and wider real estate team, where you will contribute and support the strategic management of the retail network of Group houses and day-to-day portfolio management activities globally.  

    How you will contribute

    • Contribute to the implementation global real estate processes and management of in-house databases.
    • Support Head of Portfolio Management in preparing reports, presentations, market studies and financial analyses, 3-year retail development plans of Group brands.
    • Monitor market and industry trends, competitors’ news, and support in intelligence acquisition.
    • Help the team organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders and preparing minutes of such meetings to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
    • General administrative and ad-hoc tasks support

    Who you are

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or Finance with strong record of academic achievement. Initial professional experience (internship or work-study) in a similar position required (real estate, asset management, real estate law etc.)
    • Fluent in English is essential, strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Passionate for fashion and the luxury industry in general
    • Solid business acumen, team player, proactive, fast adapting and attentive to details
