We are currently seeking a HR Data Intern to join our Group HR Organization, Data & Analytics team in Milan.
The internship is a full-time position with a duration of 6 months, starting in January 2026.
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will support the Group HR Organization, Data & Analytics team, working on HR processes and data. You will also help ensure data accuracy and secure access to HR information, following the Group guidelines.
How you will contribute
- Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, working closely with various HR stakeholders
- Assist the main Project Manager of the “Kering HR Master Data Management Project”, gaining hands-on experience and supporting on a wide range of activities
- Collaborate with HR Domain Owners to help define and apply guidelines related to data management and protection
- Promote the adoption of best practices among key users
- Help monitor and improve HR data quality by : identifying issues, analyzing them, and working with the relevant teams to solve them
Who you are
- You are studying or studied HR, Economics, Organization Development or related fields
- You are interested in HR policies and processes, and eager to deepen your understanding of them
- You are comfortable using IT tools, especially Excel
- You have strong communication skills in English, Italian is considered a plus
- You have a proactive and positive attitude, especially when it comes to problem solving
