    About us Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house. While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. We are currently seeking a Visual Operations Coordinator who will report to the Head of Visual Operations.

    Your opportunity

    The Visual Operations Coordinator ensure social media assets strategy is optimized through concept, definition of assets, release plan and delivery across social media channels. He works closely with the Brand Image Coordinator, the entire visual team as well as with the digital, media and marketing teams when relevant.

    How you will contribute

    • Centralize information for various internal meetings including the communication/marketing and artistic direction meetings as well as support with the image committee meetings. Responsible for sending recaps to the visual team.
    • In charge of making brand presentations of visual projects for internal communication.
    • Communication with the Creative Coordination team to coordinate meetings with Artistic Director.
    • Provide support with budget forecasting, tracking to ensure the financial efficiency of the department.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop retro-planning and asset needs for social media projects from concept development to assets delivery and release.
    • Centralize and communicate information for social media projects steps across all departments, including asset counts, usages, deliverables and delivery deadlines.
    • Work closely with the marketing and digital team on release plan of social media projects.
    • Support the visual identity team to optimize social media projects for clientelling needs.
    • Prepare docs of assets for each season/project for internal tracking.
    • Responsible for the delivery of social media assets to cross-functional teams and externals.
    • Gather reports on social asset usage analytics to optimize future projects.
    • Tighten information process for archived projects. 
    • Support the samples team to keep track of product visibility across visual projects.

    Who you are

    • A professional with experience in team scheduling and management, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively,
    • A person with a strong understanding of visual concept direction, execution, photo retouching, and video editing. You’re able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A professional highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. You’re also solution-oriented and open-minded with a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • An expert on social media platforms, english speaker with excellent communication skills. Mandarin is a plus,
    • Self-motivated, diligent, reliable team player and flexible.
