MARKETING
• Maintain strong working relationship with London and Paris HQ team. Communicate regularly to outline ME specific needs, provide feedback on launches & activations
• Lead, plan, and execute launch programs including adapting launches for Middle East markets.
• Manage full 360-launch plans including: budget, merchandising, sampling, retailer specific adaptation, PR, events, online media TBC.
• Partner with other internal teams (commercial, training, stores) as well as external partners (PR agency).
LOCAL MARKET
• Build marketing/trade plans and A&Ps for each market in collaboration with local distributors, Commercial Team and Regional Director, ensuring consistency with the region’s and global strategies, as well as a good allocation of A&P.
• Clearly communicate marketing strategy and guidelines/tool boxes with distributors on a regular basis + update (periodic calls …)
• Follow up trade plan by market.
• Track and analyze new launches and activation sell out results(quantitative and qualitative)
RETAIL
• Support all new doors openings with special events & PR initiatives.
• Make sure our boutiques always stay alive and animated through VIP events, training, merchandising guidelines (for each new launch), special events.
• Conduct periodic market visits to understand both trade need/update, consumers trend, key competitors' update, and also to foster relationship with the sales team.
• Collaboration with retail partners (department stores) to fully leverage each new launch or activation.
REPORTING & BUDGET
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative results, as well as ROI, of each activity
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on sales per franchise
• Prepare yearly marketing budget, follow up on an ongoing basis and update monthly the Regional director on spending.
E-COMMERCE / PAID MEDIA
• Coordinate with London and Paris HQ regular updates of the Arabic website (products & animations)
• Responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of the online paid media strategy for Creed Middle East
• Define KPI, measure and report performance of all media campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
PR
• Collaborate with external PR agency to ensure a perfect implementation of PR activations across the region – in line with the brand’s standard.
• Follow ME social media influencers, gather quantitative and qualitative feedbacks on each activation (product seeding, events….) to make sure our seeding / guest list is optimized.
• Devise PR plan to support key launches, corporate stories and local activities to ensure the right fit and increased visibility for the brand
• Collaborate with Central team to leverage and share best-practice (from us as well as from benchmarks)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience: Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to create and innovate with a strong understanding of market trends.
