We are looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team in Harrods on a permanent contract. You will lead a sales team from the shopfloor to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team.

    • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered
    • Monitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targets
    • Lead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client base
    • Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high performing team
    • Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors ensuring their development is ongoing and their motivation and sense of belonging are high
    • Partner with the Store Director/Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitors
    • Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution
