    The Regional FP&A Manager is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, planning, and analysis to support regional business decisions and performance. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis activities across multiple business units within the region, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.

    How will you contribute:

    • Lead and prepare the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the region together with the APAC CFO, not limited to aligning on APAC and HQ deadlines, and discussions with each sub-region prior to HFM submissions.
    • Provide detailed financial and variance analysis, by country and sub-region
    • Partner with sub-regional leadership teams to evaluate business performance.
    • Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports and ad-hoc requests.
    • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
    • Ensure alignment between sub-regional and HQ finance.
    • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to improve data accuracy and financial visibility.
    • Support strategic planning initiatives including long-term financial planning.

    Who you are:

    • Degree in Accountancy, Qualified Accountant CPA / CA preferred
    • At least 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A and business partnership across region
    • Candidates with strong experience in regional financial consolidation preferred
    • Proven resilience with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Advanced financial modeling capabilities, experienced in Hyperion Enterprise and/or HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SAP and Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Think-cell.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
    • Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders
    • Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
