    We are currently seeking a Director of Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics as part of the Group Logistics department based in Wayne, New Jersey. As the Director of Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics you will oversee and coordinate all distribution and demand planning activities for the Wayne DC operations. You will be a pivotal point in the exchange and analysis of information between the different Brands, Operations, Transportation and 3PL teams for all matters regarding capacity, inbound and outbound volumes, and special projects (store openings, special events, peak season preparation, etc.). You will provide guidance and strategy in the execution of Supply Chain and Operational activities to achieve the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction through relationship management in cooperation between Kering, its brands, and its service providers.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead, manage and develop the Supply Chain, Planning and Analytics team to ensure efficient and effective planning and execution of all supply chain activities.
    • Partner with brand teams and leadership to drive strategic Supply Chain projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
    • Implement a culture of inclusion, vigilance, audacity and tenacity within the Supply Chain team.
    • Be the main liaison with internal and external clients to drive Supply Chain and Planning strategy and facilitate S&OP processes.
    • Work with brands and operations to establish a culture of planning and forecasting, understanding the implications of the lack of these, and highlighting their value added.

    Supply Chain and Planning

    • Work closely with the Brands to collect updated information about demand trends and evolutions.
    • Establish lead times, service level expectations, and overall execution in coordination with the Supply Chain, Operations, and 3PL team.
    • Support the Brands in case of specific urgencies/prioritization and for the launch of new collections/special events.
    • Oversee the consolidation of all available forecasts from the brands and/or produce forecasts based on historical information and recent trends.
    • Constantly monitor DC OTIF and Backlog, working with key stakeholders, and animating proactive communicate to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Track and supervise the daily execution flow to ensure the daily plan is met.
    • Establish processes to acknowledge and execute priority requests by the brands and/or Operations team.
    • Establish frequent revision (S&OP) sessions with the brands and the Operations and 3PL teams to review past results and expectations for the weeks to come in all channels and flows.

    Analytics, Data and Reporting

    • Conduct analysis and produce reports related to specific and relevant logistics/distribution performances.
    • Develop (or coordinate the development with the relevant teams) of a Planning and Monitoring tools that will allow all stakeholders to monitor upcoming events, loads, volumes and performances
    • Implement a culture of data-driven decisions, developing the databases and reporting necessary to ensure data is at the forefront of the decision-making process.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution or Transportation.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining a pro-active approach
    • Continuous improvement mindset with a thirst for learning and finding new and innovative solutions to complex issues
    • Ability to work effectively and independently
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Power BI, Power Query and SQL experience is a plus
    • SAP and WMS experience is a plus

    Salary: $190,000 - $205,000 per year plus incentives
