    We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will report to the Vice President of Architecture & Preservation, as part of our dynamic team in New York.

    Your Opportunity

    This position will supervise the development and renovation of our retail and wholesale doors, in addition to any special or temporary projects and store interventions upon request from the WW Architecture Design team and/or upper management.

    How you will contribute:

    • Lead the project execution by coordinating HQ design activities, Regional approvals, Kering’s providers, Regional stakeholders.
    • Manage external project management partners and consultants, supervise international procurement, lead execution and remain responsible of project finale time and capex.
    • Lead and influence HQ’s activities toward the achievement of the mission.
    • Create and maintain relationships and achieve the design timing in high workload environment.
    • Conduct site visits independently during various phases of construction and/or have ability to manage on-site vendors and consultants for weekly site progress reviews and track project reports per Store Planning standards.
    • Review construction documents and millwork shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility and conformance to brand/industry standards while coordinating with local landlords and regulations.
    • Analyse and track vendor proposals with regional Store Planning Vice President to ensure minimal cost incurred per project.
    • Maintain Master Cost Plan and Reports, receive award and payment recommendation by external consultants, and be responsible to decide and report commercial decisions to Store Planning Vice President and Finance stakeholders.
    • Prepare and attend Finance meeting, report on capex needs divided per fiscal years and portions of. Provide reporting and solutions to cash flow queries from Finance department.
    • Prioritize multiple projects of varying scope/size while ensuring completion of projects within limited timelines.
    • Provide reporting to HQ, maintain projects database, report at different levels during periodic meetings, as needed per departmental standards.

    Who you are:

    • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in project/construction management, preferably in luxury retail and wholesale store development in major U.S. markets.
    • Proven ability to manage and delegate external project managers, architects, contractors, and international direct vendors.
    • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of cost metrics for the Americas region and sub-regions.
    • Excellent negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to departmental procedures and standards.
    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-workload environment.
    • Aptitude for reading architectural construction documents and understanding basic architectural language and industry standards.
    • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining professionalism.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20%-30% anticipated travel).

    New York Salary Range:

    Annual base salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
