    Your opportunity

    The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking for a PR & Communication Coordinator who will join the PR & Communication team based in Milan, Italy.

    How you will contribute

    • Coordinate and support the team in daily activities (social media, press and content creation) with a strategic approach
    • Monitor and coordinate the press activities in Italy, France and US
    • Supervise the editorial calendar of the social media of the brand (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and paid ads
    • Strengthen the relationship with influencers, talents and content creators
    • Oversee the contents across all different channels, from creation to publication
    • Support and manage special projects and events out of the mall
    • Budget monitoring (EMEA and NA)
    • Collaborate with different departments (Marketing, Retail and Tourism Marketing) on specific projects to reach a common goal and optimize the ROI

    Who you are

    • You have a university degree in Communication or equivalent educational background
    • Professional with proven working experience in PR & Communication for 5 years at least
    • Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus
    • Highly organized, attentive to detail, autonomous with an ability to manage resources, external stakeholder and a team
    • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
    • Positive, flexible and proactive, driven by passion and with proven relational skills, with a customer-oriented vision
    • Team player with a genuine desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal
    • Open to frequent travels in Italy
