Your opportunity 

The Guest Personal Assistant Intern will provide the Welcome Lounge team with essential support, ensuring a smooth client experience and collaborating in tracking clients visiting The Mall Sanremo. The person will work in a very dynamic context, guaranteeing the best shopping experience for our clients.

How you will contribute

• You will support the team in welcoming clients at The Mall Sanremo, helping them ensure an excellent customer experience
• You will assist with personal shopping requests
• You will support with promoting and selling The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, assisting with story telling around products and tracking sales and inventory
• You will contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, register clients, check points collection and rewards
• You will use The Mall Luxury Outlets’ digital tools to help track individual travelers and group visits
• You will assist in managing client requests received via email and phone, in coordination with the Tourism Marketing Team
• You will be part of the Welcome Lounge team, contributing to the smooth operation and enhancement of the service
• You will help monitor The Mall Sanremo’s image and report updates to the Marketing team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• You will help collect client feedback and assist in preparing reports

Who you are

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Luxury Hospitality or a related field
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and have a passion for customer service
• Fluent Italian and English speaker, French will be considered a plus
• A team player willing to be part of a larger group with shared goals
• A proactive person, with a positive approach
• Comfortable using the MS Office Suite
