We are currently seeking a Knowledge & Catalog Management Intern who will support the Service Management Office Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.
How you will contribute:
As part of the IT Service Management team, your main missions will be to:
- Plan and prioritize the catalogue items
- Test and Validate items in the catalogue
- Review and retire of outdated services and articles
- Create reports to track usage and feedback on catalogue and knowledge
- Review Service Level Agreements items
Who you are:
- A graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related subjects
- Knowledgeable about User Experience (UX) designing activities and tools
- A strong listener with an analytic mindset
- An organized professional with an analytical approach
- A cooperative and committed individual
- Knowledgeable about MS Office Suite
- Fluent both in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus
