How you will contribute

• Supportare il team nella gestione dei flussi degli ordini (compresi portali esterni di booking) in conformità con i termini commerciali concordati.

• Assicurare la gestione dei back-orders.

• In collaborazione con il team, interagire con i dipartimenti di Planning e Logistica per risolvere qualsiasi problematica.

• Contribuire alla gestione dei resi in conformità con i termini commerciali concordati.

• Contribuire alla corretta gestione di tutte le informazioni relative al Cliente (master data), assicurandone l’aggiornamento, l’accuratezza e la completezza.

• Supportare il team nella preparazione di incontri con il cliente (come Buying Days, presentazioni di brand/prodotti, corsi di formazione prodotto, visite al cliente, ecc..).

• Gestire la reportistica relativa alle vendite e ai Clienti a beneficio della corretta gestione delle informazioni da parte del team e Sales.

• Contribuire al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del proprio team di lavoro.

Who you are

• Laurea in economia, business, lingue o affine

• Buona conoscenza di Excel e Power Point

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

• La conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus

• Intraprendenza ed approccio proattivo

• Competenze analitiche e di pianificazione

• Attitudine al problem solving

• Teamwork

• La pregressa esperienza in ruoli e contesti analoghi è da considerarsi un plus
