We are currently looking for an Human Resources Adivsor" to join our team.

    How you will contribute :
     

    • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners. Maintain accurate employee records and databases: You'll manage our HR system (Workday), ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes: You'll ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and manage the departure process for exiting employees.
    • Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries: You'll handle employee requests, answer questions about HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
    • Prepare HR reports, metrics for management and presentations.
    • Archive HR documentation and ensure data accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, company policies and legal regulations.
    • Manage relationships with rental property owners and related contracts, working closely with our legal team.
    • Coordinate with external agencies supplying temporary workers.
    • Coordinate university partnerships for internship programs, handling related administrative responsibilities.
    • Provide support to the line Manager in implementing HR projects, processes, and initiatives.
    • Assist with communication activities and HR engagement projects.
    • Occasionally assist with the recruiting process.


    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and processes.
    • Proficiency in Workday is a must.
    • Proficiency and in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Proficiency in English (C1 level)

    • Strong ethics, reliability, and a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
    • Keen eye for detail, particularly in data management and documentation.
    • Analytical and solution-oriented, able to identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
