GUCCI Client Advisor, Harrods

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

• Deliver an outstanding, personalized and elevated client experience building strong and authentic relationships with clients​​​​
• Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks, acting as a stylist and trusted fashion advisor for the client​
• Express a deep passion for fashion, trends and contemporary culture, translating them into relevant and inspiring styling proposals​
• Drive individual sales performance and achieve KPI targets with a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial approach​
• Identify and maximize business opportunities through effective use of clienteling tools, developing and nurturing a solid client portfolio​
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues and management, fostering a positive team spirit and collective success​                  ​

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS​

• Previous experience in high-quality client service environments, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality​
• Strong fashion sensibility and genuine passion for fashion culture and styling​
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create genuine and lasting client connections​
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong sense of responsibility​​
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize effectively​
• Flexible to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays​
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
