    As we expand our footprint in the high-end hospitality sector, we’re currently seeking a Hospitality Sales Account Executive to join our team in either Milan or Florence, reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality Sales.

    Your Opportunity

    As a Hospitality Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Ginori 1735’s presence in the high-end hospitality, fine dining. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of sales development and client relationship management within these strategic markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth across the Italian and CIS regions. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding the brand’s footprint in the luxury hospitality landscape.

    How you will contribute

    BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIP

    • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with hospitality clients, acting as their main point of contact 
    • Ensure an exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service, deep product knowledge, and operational excellence.

    DRIVING SALES

    • Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and strategic insights.
    • Achieve sales targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
    • Identify and qualify potential hospitality clients, align with the company strategies.
    • Monitor account performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.

    ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, including order processing, logistics, and payment tracking.
    • Deliver compelling presentations to both prospective and existing clients.
    • Provide ongoing customer support and service.

    NEGOTIATION AND DEAL CLOSURE

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing and close sales, ensuring profitable deals for the company. 

    STRATEGIC COLLABORATION

    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (MarComm, Operations, Product Development, etc.) to plan promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engage customers and deliver tailored client solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

    Who You Are

    • Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial roles, ideally within the luxury hospitality, design, or lifestyle sectors
    • Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and the luxury industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong customer orientation and a results-driven mindset.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
    • Comfortable collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
    • Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories (over 50%).
