    Your opportunity

    Manage all projects related to Client Relationship Management to drive the client loyalty of the House on a worldwide basis in line with its identity. By translating data into insights, build a strategy to increase acquisition, retention and reactivation. Manage a CRM specialist and form a successful client team with the VIC (‘Very Important Clients’) department. Work closely with Retail, Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Legal to deliver best-in-class client experience and contribute to the House growth.

    • Analysis and strategy
      • Build global and local strategies by identifying trends and opportunities. Run and present various client analyses to several teams of the House, including C-Levels, Merchandising, and Retail teams. Prepare quarterly business review with Kering.
      • Contribute to the VIC strategy by providing relevant insights including ROI of activities.
      • Develop creative ways and new digital solutions to increase client acquisition and loyalty by partnering up with involved functions and help implement actions with business and IT teams.
         
    • Client journeys and outreach campaigns
      • Update existing and launch new automated client journeys to tap on the key moments of the client lifecycle by working with IT, eCommerce, Marketing, Design, and Merchandising teams.
      • Design and execute outreach campaigns: collection launches, stores openings/relocations/closures, in-store events, VIC events, Bespoke trunk shows, and emotional calendar.
      • Monitor, interpret, and refine such operations. Prepare and conduct trainings for the sales teams on CRM related subjects.
         
    • Continuous operational improvement
      • Be the point of reference of the in-House clienteling app, used by all store teams, and continuously improve its usage and benefits by collecting feedback, translating them into features, and coordinating with IT teams for their implementation.
      • Increase the quality of client database, including contactability enhancement, by working with Data Privacy and Retail and IT teams.
      • Conduct trends analyses to benchmark digital engagement best practices and market insights studies to help contextualize internal results.

    Profile

    • 6Y+ of experience in global client engagement, and acquired business acumen and luxury sensibility
    • Technical proficiency in data management and CRM system architecture
    • Strong data analysis and visualization skills
    • Capacity to communicate effectively across different levels
    • Ability to meet deadlines and multitude of simultaneous activities, with solid project management skills
    • English speaking. Italian is a plus
