Job description:
The Sustainability Projects Intern assists the Senior Sustainability Manager to drive the Company’s Sustainability strategy, in line with the vision of the Kering Group and the ambition of the Executive Committee. This transversal and empowering internship position is at the forefront to support the business transformation to reach and overachieve the Company’s ambitious Sustainability goals.
Your role:
• Contribute to the Sustainability strategy and 2025/2030 Sustainability goals in alignment with business priorities.
• Support the development of communication plans and communication materials for internal use link to Sustainability.
• Support the coordination of the Sustainability Committee Network.
• Conduct Watch on Sustainability practices.
Profile:
• You are a Master student (CSR, Sustainability, etc.) or equivalent looking for a 6-month internship and a strong affinity with Sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility.
• High interest and understanding of Sustainability especially in Boucheron focus area (ex. Responsible mining, nature, circular economy, climate strategy, decarbonization, etc.).
• Knowledge in project management, coordination, and change is appreciated. Field experience and associative work are valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have an ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally. Proactivity, adaptability, and integrity are valued.
• Looking for analytical skills coupled with a solution-driven mindset.
• MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in French & English.
