We are currently seeking a Client Development Intern as part of our dynamic Southern Europe team based in Milan.
How you will contribute:
As a Client Development Intern, you will support the South Europe team in the implementation of strategic client engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening client loyalty and enhancing the overall customer experience.
You will:
- Coordinate the operational aspects of in-store activations, managing invitations, gifting, visual setup, and other key elements of the client experience
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store client events — from concept development and coordination to support and post-event follow-up — ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engagement objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM) to ensure seamless coordination of client engagement initiatives
- Support the organization of personalized client experiences by gathering key information, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to budget preparation and reporting
- Support gift planning activities by monitoring budget adherence, ensuring cost efficiency, and coordinating timely delivery across stores
- Contribute to competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of Client Development activities and results
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative strategies that enhance the client journey and reinforce brand loyalty
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with passion for fashion and luxury
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus
