Bottega Veneta is seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Private Client Advisor to join our team at the iconic Palazzo Van Axel in Venice. This prestigious location offers a unique and immersive environment where heritage, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service converge.
As a Private Client Advisor, you will play a key role in cultivating long-term relationships with our most valued clients, delivering a personalized and elevated luxury experience that reflects the essence of Bottega Veneta.
VIC CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
Strategically recruit and grow the Palazzo’s VIC portfolio through personalized outreach, tailored experiences, and exceptional service.
Curate and deliver bespoke experiences tailored to each client’s individual preferences, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and excellent care.
Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee impeccable service and a consistent, high-touch experience across all touchpoints.
Anticipate client needs proactively and offer creative, value-driven solutions that exceed expectations.
Stay up to date with luxury market trends and maintain a deep knowledge of the Palazzo’s offerings to inspire and inform client interactions.
Maintain consistent One-to-One (OTO) interactions to deepen trust and loyalty with existing clients, ensuring every visit to the Palazzo is memorable.
Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand moments, including fashion shows, private previews, and bespoke Palazzo experiences.
Leverage personal networks, social circles, and high-potential introductions to identify and connect with UHNW prospects.
Drive commercial success by translating client relationships into measurable sales results, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Act as a true host of the Palazzo, embodying the highest standards of hospitality while building long-term relationships that blend emotional connection and commercial value.
TEAM AND BRAND CULTURE
Serve as a brand ambassador within the exclusive Palazzo Van Axel, embodying the house’s heritage, values, and elevated aesthetic in every client interaction.
Demonstrate deep expertise in the brand’s most refined product categories, with a particular focus on craftsmanship, materials, and styling.
Lead by example during private appointments and Palazzo-hosted events, actively engaging VIC and VVIC clients and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional, personalized experience.
Facilitate product-focused training and clienteling workshops for the Palazzo team, sharing insights on key categories and best practices for engaging top clients.
Foster a culture of excellence, discretion, and hospitality within the Palazzo environment.
Who You are
4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
Deep knowledge of the luxury market and refined product categories.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Italian) are a plus.
Strong alignment with brand values, heritage, and aesthetic.
