    The Global PR & Talent Director leads the full global strategy for Corporate Communications, PR, VIP Relations, and Influence & Community.
    The role is responsible for strengthening brand reputation, enhancing cultural relevance, and ensuring consistent and impactful storytelling across all markets.
    Through a unified and strategic approach, the position develops a powerful ecosystem of media, VIPs, creators, and cultural voices, ensuring a strong global–local alignment and advising senior leadership on public positioning and sensitive communication topics

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Global Communication & PR Strategy

    • Define and lead the global corporate communication and PR strategy in alignment with the brand’s mission, values, and business objectives.
    • Establish strategic messaging frameworks to reinforce brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
    • Ensure consistent, compelling, high‑impact storytelling across all communication channels and markets.
    • Oversee executive visibility and corporate thought‑leadership programs.

    2. Media Relations & Reputation Management

    • Oversee all external communication activities, including media relations, executive communication, public affairs, and selective strategic announcements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, journalists, industry commentators, and opinion leaders.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on messaging, narrative, and reputation risks.
    • Lead crisis and issues management in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.

    3. Global VIP Relations

    • Develop and implement the global VIP strategy to elevate brand visibility and cultural relevance.
    • Build and nurture a strong community of influential talents, cultural figures, and long‑term ambassadors. 
    • Oversee all aspects of VIP dressing, from sketch to red carpet.
    • Lead global product placement for VIPs, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market priorities
    • Manage relationships with talent agencies, stylists, costume designers, and relevant industry partners.

    4. Influence & Community

    • Lead the global influence strategy to ensure the brand’s presence across key digital and social channels.
    • Develop community‑driven activations that amplify the brand narrative and product visibility
    • Identify and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), creators, and digital talents aligned with brand values
    • Oversee innovative influencer product placement strategies on social and digital platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze the impact of influencer and community programs, providing insights for optimization.

    5. Global Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment

    • Manage and coordinate global PR, VIP, and influence agencies to ensure strategic coherence across all markets.
    • Drive alignment between global and regional communication teams, balancing global brand consistency with local relevance.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Compliance, Executive Leadership) on sensitive topics and major initiatives.

    Who are you?

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in Global PR, Corporate Communications, and Brand Reputation roles within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands.
    • Strong strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to define global communication frameworks and translate them into impactful local execution.
    • Established international network across top-tier media, talents, creators, stylists, and cultural opinion leaders.
    • Solid experience advising C-level and senior leadership on positioning, sensitive topics, and crisis & reputation management.
    • Deep understanding of influence, Talent dressing, talent management, and digital community dynamics in a global context.
    • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and agency coordination skills, with the ability to operate in complex, multicultural environments.
