    Job Family Group Description - Architectural Design & Store Planning: This Job Family Group includes architectural and construction project management roles for stores and corporate buildings. This includes all projects related to store and office opening, closing, expanding, downsizing and moving. Also includes land and/or space acquisition, leasing, licensing, site and cost negotiation, development and renovation. Job Family Description - Architectural Design: Develops conceptual designs, layouts and images for stores and other physical spaces for the brand. Fully expresses the brand’s vision while making all stylistic decisions under the guidance of the artistic direction. For sales spaces, ensures alignment across the creative vision, commercial objectives and brand identity. Provides clear global guidance for development and construction activities.

    Position Overview

    As Global Architecture Design Assistant, you will support the Head of Global Architecture Design in the development of creative concepts for retail environments worldwide.

    How you will contribute:

    CREATIVE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: Contribute to the development of innovative and visually strong design concepts for global retail projects. Bring an artistic and product-oriented perspective, exploring form, materials, textures, and storytelling within space.

    PRODUCT & OBJECT DESIGN IN SPACE: Design and develop custom elements, furniture, display systems, and artistic interventions that shape the retail experience. Translate conceptual ideas into physical design components integrated within store environments.

    3D MODELLING & VISUAL DEVELOPMENT: Produce 3D models, visualizations, and design studies using relevant software (Rhino, SketchUp, etc.). Support the team in expressing concepts through clear and compelling visual outputs. Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

    RESEARCH & MATERIAL EXPLORATION: Conduct research on materials, craftsmanship, and artistic references. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in design. Explore cross-disciplinary influences (art, product design, sculpture, fashion) to enrich design proposals.

    PROJECT SUPPORT & DOCUMENTATION: Assist in preparing design packages and technical documentation, in accordance with project timelines and deliverables. Ensure accuracy completeness of documentation for regulatory approvals and construction implementation.

    Your Profile:

    • Background in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related creative fields (Architecture can be considered but is not the primary focus)
    • 1–3 years of experience in design (product, furniture, exhibition, or creative environments)
    • Strong creative sensibility, with an art-driven approach to design.
    • Strong interest in luxury retail environments and global store design.
    • Proficiency in 3D softwares (Rhinoceros/Autocad3D/3DMax, VRay)
    • Ability to support concept development with creative, accurate visual outputs.
    • Good communication and organization skills.
    • English required, Italian is a plus.
