We are currently seeking an EMEA Marketing and Communication Director as part of our dynamic EMEA Leadership team in Milan, reporting into the EMEA CEO.
The EMEA Marketing and Communication Director will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communication strategies across the EMEA region. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the luxury market, strong strategic thinking, a creative mind and excellent communication skills.
How you will contribute?
- Leading the development and execution of a sophisticated PR & Communication strategy that enhances regional nuances with a global vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends. This includes crafting marketing initiatives that resonate deeply with local audiences while maintaining the brand's cohesive global identity, ensuring consistency and relevance across diverse markets
- Leading the empowerment of our regional retail and wholesale network through strategic communication and marketing efforts, promoting brand advocacy, boosting customer engagement, and improving retail and wholesale performance to achieve sustainable growth and brand loyalty.
- Coordinating the strategic execution of brand events, unique projects, and collaborations with cultural institutions and key partners, ensuring these initiatives align with the brand's overall vision and values to boost brand equity and global engagement.
- Managing budget allocation, strategic planning, and production oversight for various events and partnerships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals while maximizing ROI and brand impact.
- Propose, design and implement innovative event concepts and partnership strategies across international markets, leveraging creative insights and industry trends to drive brand awareness and client engagement in a competitive landscape.
- As functional director, leading the PR & Communication offices across EMEA, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and overall performance, driving towards a unified and agile regional communication network.
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communication, with a focus on the luxury sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
