    Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Client Services: Responds promptly to client inquiries with in-depth knowledge of products, services and processes. Communicates with clients through various channels, including in person, online or by phone. Keeps records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints to improve customer service efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. May also sell additional products to clients.

    Your opportunity

    The goal of this role is to be part of the team to support our brands through Ecommerce project..

    How you will contribute
    Within the Client Service of Kering Group and reporting to a team leader, Senior Client advisors are committed to :

    • Understand and drive individual and team KPI’s such as Sales target, Service Quality, Clienteling and AI Utilization

    • Lead by example as an expert in Client Inquiry Management and Sales, demonstrating best practices

    • In collaboration with managers, support the team in implementing initiatives to achieve goals, influencing peers with proactive and positive mindsets.

    • Serve as first point of escalation for daily operational issues or questions, consulting with manager when necessary for decision-making

    • Conduct regular Quality Assurance Reviews in calibration with manager

    • Act as Brand ambassador, mastering Brands’ e-commerce and Retail Excellence standards, Product knowledge Brand and DNA

    • Build trust-based relationships with clients by delivering personalized services

    • Collect and share Client feedback to enhance Client Experience and contribute to Group’s strategy.

    Who you are

    • Sales expert with a strong commercial mindset, ability to guide a small team to achieve performance targets

    • Demonstrates strong relationship-building skills, with experience in Complaint Handling and Problem-solving skills

    • Quick to adapt to management direction, proactively translating initiatives into action without delay

    • Influences peers through Positive, Resilient and Flexible mindset

    • Strong Multi-tasking and Time Management skills in complex, dynamic environments

    • Fluent in Japanese, with business level English proficiency

    • Digitally proficient, with experience using ai and Microsoft Office(Excel, Powerpoint)
