We are currently seeking an SAP Sales and Logistic Execution Expert who will report to the Head of Tech Japan & Retail BO Manager in Tokyo – JAPAN
Your opportunity
You will be located in Tokyo and responsible for providing high quality support services related to the applications used across Kering’s luxury brands. Your main activities are related to
• Maintain and support current Retail Back Office and Distributions local applications in Korea (till the completion of the new ERP roll out for all the brands).
• Collaborate to the SAP deployments/maintenance in Korea and in Japan on the Retail Back Office and Distributions areas
How you will contribute
• Reviews and understands strategic business guidelines, processes and detailed functional requirements defined by Business Process Owners in the Supply Chain for your area of responsibility: Customer Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing and integration with Customers systems (EDI), SAP Logistic execution.
• Acts a service owner for the local apps of Korea in Supply chain distribution and Retail Back Office domains
• Acts as unique SPOC for the Local Stakeholders and Kering Operation Business process owners for your area of responsibility as far as SAP and legacy app are concerned.
• Ensure proper application support organization and continuous monitoring of service levels and quality of the services received by vendors.
• Act as primary escalation point for Priority 1 incidents impacting business continuity or quality of services (identifying and reporting risks and mitigation actions) and building strongly team up with SAP CoE support team (Application Services Application)
• Contributes to SAP design workshops for new SAP deployments in Japan and Korea and ensures the delivery of functional & technical solutions supporting and translating correctly business needs, business processes convergence, IT simplicity and optimizing SAP Standard solution
• Contribute and support the SAP testing phases, data migration activities, cutover plan execution and Hypercare.
• Works closely with Central Retail and Supply teams in defining project prioritization and full adherence with IT strategy for North East Asia
• Provides punctual and regular status updates to the Ker tech PMO about project progress, risks, and milestone achievement.
• Deals with Kertech governance bodies for gate preparation and financial budgeting in case of new demand on your area of responsibility.
Who you are
• 8+ years of expertise on SAP ERP (preferably FMS, Retail, S/4 Hana) in sales and distribution modules implementation within the fashion industry
• Knowledgeable about fashion/retail industries
• Experience in large, complex and international IT projects
• Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models
• Proven experience in managing external resources
• A collaborative individual, able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude
• An effective communicator with good oral and written communication skills, able to negotiate and influence
• A graduate in computer science or management information systems
• Comfortable in working in a multicultural environment
• English, Korean, Japanese are essential both written and spoken (Italian is a plus given the importance of our sites in Italy in our global supply chain).
