    Job Family Group Description - Strategy: This Job Family Group includes jobs from different functions that support the growth and development of our business. Job Family Description - Real Estate: Supports the Group and partners with brands in the retail and corporate real estate development planning and its execution across the regions. Oversees evaluation, selection and negotiation of commercial terms for all kind of assets (retail, office, warehouse, showrooms) and manages openings, closings and renewals. Secures all aspects of tenants and administrative management of the owned and leased property portfolio of both corporate and brands.

    We are currently seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern in Kering Singapore.

    Your opportunity

    You will work collaboratively with the Portfolio Management team and regional real estate team, where you will contribute and support the strategic management of the retail network of Group houses and day-to-day portfolio management activities, serving North & South Asia Pacific region.

    *North & South Asia Pacific includes Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, The Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Guam, and India.

    How you will contribute

    REAL ESTATE

    • Handle data collections and provide real estate materials support to other divisions with an accurate and timely manner

    • Coordinate internal and cross-functional meetings and prepare meeting notes to facilitate alignment and communication.

    • Participate in team activities including business reviews, problem-solving discussions, and other development initiatives.

    PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

    • Support Portfolio Manager in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, financial analyses, and retail development plans of Group brands.

    • Manage in-house databases (location maps, macroeconomics, luxury rankings, lease databases) and contribute to the implementation of regional real estate processes.

    • Monitor market & industry trends, competitors’ news, and provide regional input for the weekly newsletter.

    • Build and maintain data collection for Japanese department stores and key catchment areas

    • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc tasks support

    Who you are

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or Finance with strong record of academic achievement. Initial professional experience (internship or work-study) in a similar position is preferred (real estate, asset management, finance, etc.)

    • Fluent in English is essential, strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Passionate for fashion and the luxury industry in general

    • Eager to learn about real estate and market intelligence to support future career ambitions

    • Possess strong business acumen; a team player who is proactive, fast-adapting, and detail-oriented.
