We are looking for Client Advisors to join our team in Selfridges on a full time, permanent contract.

Please note that we are currently operating a four-day working week across all departments (40 hours in 4 days).

Your role is about offering every customer a unique and personalized experience turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.

Role Mission As a GUCCI Macy&#39;s Herald Square Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store operations team and/or the processes. In this role, you will ensure support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom(s) and accurate inventory and prioritize providing our clients with exceptional service by supporting the selling process as needed.  You will lead in the day-to-day operations management and as a store leader and partner along with the Store Director, you are expected to be proficient in all aspects of the business. Key Accountabilities Expectations <ul><li>Drive, direct, and develop operational excellence across all aspects of the store; </li><li>Assess and evaluate operations with a commercial mindset and propose strategic improvements; </li><li>Training new hires and existing staff on all operating policies and procedures; </li><li>Coach and develop direct reports in areas of operations, customer service and sales support; </li><li>Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, Inventory Control, Accounts Payable, etc. as needed. </li></ul>Leadership <ul><li>Serving as a leader to the store team, partner with Store Director to execute all operational and service standards set forth by Gucci; </li><li>Responsible for creating a positive and united work environment amongst all staff; </li><li>Function as Manager on Duty in rotation, assist with floor coverage, process of client purchases, and open and close the store. </li></ul>Operations <ul><li>Provide overall support with the shipping and receiving process, report any issues to Store Director and take the necessary steps to resolve; </li><li>Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed by the Store Director while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, and damages; </li><li>Ensure an accurate and organized store inventory at all times – oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director; </li><li>Assist management to identify problems in operational processes and resolve them in a timely manner; </li><li>Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes; </li><li>Communicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management; </li><li>Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines; </li><li>Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique; </li><li>Place orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store. </li></ul>Key Requirements <ul><li>Minimum of 5 -
