We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Balenciaga Sales Associate is responsible for providing our customers with top quality service by meeting their individual needs and expectations. This person will serve as a brand expert, promoting both the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Achieve sales goals</li><li>Opening and closing of the store</li><li>Ensure stockroom is organized and is set up properly so staff can easily access merchandise</li><li>Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store</li><li>Work towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management</li><li>Maintain great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all Departments, stores, colleagues and staff</li><li>Ensure that Customer complaints and feedback are handled appropriately and in a timely manner</li><li>Support, follow, implement and enforce store operations manual at all times and provide feedback on any updates/changes that might become necessary</li><li>Enforce all sustainability policies that are implemented by the company both locally and globally</li></ul>STOCK, INVENTORY &amp; LOSS PREVENTION MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Ensure store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate / Operations Manager / Sales Team through sound operational execution</li><li>Cash Registers &amp; Safe: Ensure that the registers and safe are functioning properly and enforce back of house standards for cash/change accuracy along with timely bank deposits</li></ul>VISUAL MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by the SM/Direct Report according to company’s standards</li><li>Ensure that all company information related to visual standards, received from Store. Manager and Corporate is communicated to the team as needed</li></ul>STORE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Oversee daily cleaning and physical up-keep of the inside and outside the store</li><li>Fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies: Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation and maintenance of store property</li><li>Ensure proper levels of supplies are on hand at all times</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE  <ul><li>3&#43; years of experience in a similar role, preferably within other retail or fashion companies</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</li><li>Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals</li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen through a genuine passion for the fashion industry</li><li>Strategic vision in order to develop the business and high level of personal performance</li></ul>COMPENSATIONFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. We are currently seeking a Sales & Client Advisor with Keys who will report to the Store Director. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITY 

The Sales & Client Advisor with Keys is to aid management in ensuring opening and closing procedures are performed correctly according to company’s policies. Provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.

About us

Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.
While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. 
Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.
The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.

About us
발렌시아가 하우스는 1917년 스페인 출신의 크리스토발 발렌시아가에 의해 설립되었습니다. 1937년 파리에 첫 부티크를 오픈한 이래 1968년까지 그 곳에서 컬렉션 디자인을 전개하였습니다. 당시 크리스토발 발렌시아가는 본인 만의 확고한 기준을 가진 쿠튀리어(디자이너)로서 명성을 떨쳤고, 크리스찬 디올은 "우리 모두의 달인"으로, 가브리엘 샤넬은 " 쿠튀리어 중의 쿠튀리어"로 그를 지칭했습니다. 초현대적인 옷의 형태는 하우스의 트레이드마크가 되었습니다.
브랜드의 정체성은 개념적인 프레타포르테 (기성복) 컬렉션에 확고히 뿌리를 내린 가운데, 가죽 제품, 신발, 액세서리 또한 전 세계적으로 큰 인기를 얻었습니다. 하우스의 전형적인 제품들 중에는 핸드백 컬렉션이 있으며, 남성 기성복 컬렉션 개발에 새로운 초점을 맞추면서 이 역시 빠르게 성공을 거두게 되었습니다.
2015년 10월 뎀나는 하우스의 아티스틱 디렉터로 임명되어 남녀 컬렉션을 모두 디자인하게 되었습니다.
