HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTESHIPPING AND RECEIVING<ul><li>Oversee shipping and receiving; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure inter-store transfers are processed correctly</li></ul>SUPPLIES<ul><li>Responsible for maintaining and replacing inventory levels of all store supplies (i.e. shopping bags, sales receipts, tissue paper and all other materials necessary)</li></ul>REPAIRS<ul><li>Process, ship, and track repairs as needed in partnership with retail management</li></ul>STOCK ORGANIZATION<ul><li>Responsible for ensuring stock is organized and accessible</li><li>Check in new merchandise effectively and organize back stock to accommodate the team</li></ul>STOCK, INVENTORY, &amp; LOSS PREVENTION MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Ensure correct store inventory levels by partnering with management and the sales team through monthly cycle counts</li><li>Prepare, implement, and execute inventory in partnership with management and Inventory Control</li><li>Ensure the monthly store reconciliation and negative on-hand is completed accurately and submitted on time</li></ul>VISUAL MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by management according to company’s standards</li><li>Ensure that all company information related to visual standards, received from Store Manager and Corporate is communicated to the team as needed</li></ul>SALES AND SUPPORT<ul><li>Support the sales floor as needed</li><li>Work on additional projects as directed by management</li></ul>STORE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT<ul><li>Oversee daily cleaning and physical up-keep of the inside and outside store</li><li>Fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies: Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of store property</li><li>Communicate needs for new fixtures, landscaping, floor/carpet cleaning</li><li>Ensure proper levels of supplies are on hand at all times</li><li>Oversee all maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality meets company standards</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>3&#43; years of operational experience within luxury retail</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Processing), JDA, etc.</li><li>Ability to react quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A strong communicator with proven ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals</li><li>Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise</li><li>Proven ability to drive results</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen</li><li>Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>COMPENSATIONFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. We are currently seeking a Stock Associate who will report to the Store Director.

Achieve daily business objectives by supporting all shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, monitoring store supplies, and maintaining back stock effectively.  The Stock Associate is also responsible for processing repairs, supporting the back office, and supporting the sales floor as needed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEGeneral Responsibilities<ul><li>Achieve sales goals</li><li>Opening and closing of the store</li><li>Ensure stockroom is organized and is set up properly so staff can easily access merchandise</li><li>Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store</li><li>Work towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management</li><li>Maintain great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all Departments, stores, colleagues and staff</li><li>Ensure that Customer complaints and feedback are handled appropriately and in a timely manner</li><li>Support/follow/implement/enforce store operations manual at all times and provide feedback on any updates/changes that might become necessary</li><li>Enforce all sustainability policies that are implemented by the company both locally and globally</li></ul>Stock, Inventory &amp; Loss Prevention Management:<ul><li>Ensure store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate / Operations Manager / Sales Team through sound operational execution</li><li>Cash Registers &amp; Safe: Ensure that the registers and safe are functioning properly and enforce back of house standards for cash/change accuracy along with timely bank deposits</li></ul>Visual Management:<ul><li>Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by the SM/Direct Report according to company’s standards</li><li>Ensure that all company information related to visual standards, received from Store. The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) is to aid management in ensuring opening and closing procedures are performed correctly according to company’s policies. Provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.

Votre opportunité  Vous serez en charge d’optimiser la disponibilité et d’assurer le suivi des livraisons jusqu’à l’entrepôt central des nouvelles collections et des carry-overs en collaboration avec les équipes de Production.Votre contribution <ul><li>Analyser le plan de livraison en fonction des dates de lancement et des priorités partagées par le central Merchandising</li><li>Animer les réunions hebdomadaires avec la production, alerter sur les écarts, transmettre les priorités et challenger les délais/quantités</li><li>Animer les réunions hebdomadaires avec les équipes Supply Chain et Merchandising pour suivre les sujets opérationnels.</li><li>Suivre les réceptions des produits jusqu’à l’entrepôt central</li><li>Faire un suivi spécifique des livraisons Wholesale en fin de fenêtre</li><li>Mettre à jour et créer des Dashboards de suivi et des reportings (Power BI et Excel) associés à ces activités.</li><li>Participer à des projets divers</li><li>Assurer la permanence de l’équipe Supply Planning</li><li>Participer à la formalisation des process de l’équipe</li></ul>Vous êtes<ul><li>Etudiant en école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire et savez identifier et résoudre les problématiques rencontrées</li><li>Rigoureux avec un sens de l’organisation</li><li>Doté d&#39;un bon relationnel, d&#39;une excellente adaptabilité et d’une forte capacité d’analyse</li><li>Confirmé dans la maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel).
