A Kering Client Advisor is the embodiment of luxury service, skillfully and naturally engaging with clients across multiple channels (telephone, email, WhatsApp, and chat) to deliver personalized, relationship driven experiences. By balancing their individual sales targets with the team’s collective goals, they ensure every interaction elevates the client’s journey while driving revenue and fostering loyalty. The position reports to the Assistant Team Manager.

BASE PAY: Starting $28.50 per hour

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Act as a brand ambassador for Kering's renowned fashion brands
- Ensure a unique, exceptional and personalized client experience by telephone, live-chat, WhatsApp, and email, with a "client centric" approach
- Perform sales and contribute individually to the team sales target
- Stick to brands' ecommerce and retail policies
- Be an expert in brand history, products, and collections
- Follow-up and liaise with other departments to meet client requests
- Gather client feedback and requests to support a continuous improvement of the client
- experience and enrich the Group's strategy
- Understand individual and team KPIs
- Share client feedback with the appropriate departments to improve processes, services and quality
- Participate in Clienteling activities
