    Position Overview: The Boutique Coordinator ensures that every aspect of boutique life runs seamlessly — from client interactions to operational flow — so that the artistry of fine and high jewelry can be experienced in its purest form. Serving as the liaison between client-facing and back-of-house teams, this role demands precision, grace, and an instinct for anticipating needs before they arise.

    Base pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour plus monthly incentive

    Job Responsibilities:

    Client Experience:

    • Welcome clients with discretion, warmth, and professionalism, setting the tone for a refined boutique experience
    • Assist Sales Advisors during client appointments by preparing jewels, presentation trays, and refreshments
    • Ensure presentation areas and visual displays are immaculate, replenished, and always aligned with brand standards
    • Collaborate and support our internal clients for celebrity fittings, photo shoots, and internal transfers and consignments

    Operational Coordination:

    • Oversee the daily rhythm of the boutique, ensuring appointments, deliveries, and service requests are coordinated without disruption
    • Receive, ship and maintain inventory cycle counts for operational efficiency
    • Manage semestrial store inventory
    • Manage client repairs, after sale process
    • Maintain stockroom organization, ensuring pieces are prepared for appointments and safely returned post-viewing
    • Manage boutique supplies, packaging, and stationery, ensuring readiness for client interactions and gifting moments
    • Open and close the boutique
    • Supervise security schedules and cleaning crew duties

    Administrative Excellence:

    • Prepare boutique reports, appointment schedules, and sales documentation with accuracy and discretion
    • Process client orders, repairs, and special requests in alignment with brand guidelines
    • Support the Boutique Director with calendar coordination, event preparation, and follow-up communications

    Event & High Jewelry Support:

    • Assist in planning and executing boutique events, private viewings, and high jewelry showcases
    • Ensure VIP appointments are managed with white-glove precision, including special presentation and security requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 2 – 4 years’ Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or hospitality in a client-centric role
    • A refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbal
    • Ability to balance discretion with warmth in client interactions
    • Proficiency with luxury retail systems, appointment management, and basic administrative tools
    • A genuine appreciation for high craftsmanship, heritage, and brand storytelling
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM tools is a plus
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • A refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbal
    • Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standards
    • Ability to support boutique events and private appointments
    • Trusted to handle sensitive client information and high-profile appointments
    • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
    • Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a plus
