HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Timely, thorough and accurate communication regarding sample requests, hi-res image requests and credit requests
• Timely packing, sending and return and credit requests
• Training interns to assist PR office with daily logistic needs
• Oversee receipt of sample orders
• Oversee showroom organization
  • Checking state of returned samples
  • Making sure samples are organized and marked to the correct region
  • Making sure showroom is clean and organized at the end of each day
• Weekly press reviews
• Monthly magazine collection
• Expenses and invoice submission
• Keeping office stocked with sample trafficking materials
• Organizing appointments for friends and family sales
• Organizing appointments for pre-collection press days

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree with major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines
• 2 years’ experience in the fashion industry, preferably in marketing, public relations or related disciplines
• Working knowledge of fashion media
• Working knowledge of luxury industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, proactive, detail-minded and resourceful
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to work occasional early mornings, late nights and weekends

COMPENSATION

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.  

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $20.00 USD to $22.00 USD.
