Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Retail Specialist within the Retail & Leasing department of The Mall Luxury Outlets, being based at our office in Reggello, Italy.
 

As our Retail Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Team with new boutique openings, relocations, and closures, while also providing assistance to our existing brands. You will implement all retail activities and initiatives at The Mall Firenze, focusing on enhancing store productivity and performance.

How you will contribute

• Manage communication with tenant brands, partners, and store leadership teams to foster strong relationships and ensure smooth daily operations within The Mall Firenze. This includes organizing events, initiatives, and regular meetings for updates and engagement
• Work with the retail team to reach business goals, playing an active role in the implementation the retail strategy
• Gather and analyze data for retail reports, create performance recaps, update weekly metrics, and manage the distribution of relevant information
• Oversee in-mall retail activities and new initiatives to effectively support tenant needs, boost sales, and enhance visibility
• Assist the leasing team with on-site activities, including store planning visits. Support the store planning process taking care of the units’ life cycles
• Support the leasing process by collecting technical documents and presentations

Who you are

• A Bachelors or Masters graduate in Economics, Commerce or equivalent
•  At least 2-3 of years’ experience working in a retail/store planning role in a luxury fashion environment or similar
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced skills in using common software tools such as excel, power point and office
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• An autonomous project-manager, able to prioritize and deliver results

• An energetic and outgoing individual that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
• Highly organized with excellent coordination skills
• A multi-tasking team-player with a positive approach to problem-solving
