The candidate will join the Human Resources Department, supporting the HR Manager in administrative and back-office activities as well as in the implementation of HR processes.
Support the HR Manager with the department’s administrative and documentation activities, collaborating with the Group HR Shared Services to manage administrative requirements.
Prepare reports related to company personnel and internal HR activities.
Assist the HR Manager in the implementation of people management processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Training & Development).
Support the HR team in the management of ad hoc projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Previous experience in similar roles, or a strong interest in the HR field.
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel).
Proactivity and initiative.
Teamwork skills.
Good command of English.
