We are currently looking for a Legal Manager.

How you will contribute:

As Legal Manager, you will play a key role in providing legal support across Pomellato’s business functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contract management

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of contracts, including:

•   Commercial and service agreements

•   Real estate agreements

•   Marketing, PR and communication agreements

•   IT and technology agreements

Compliance

• Supporting the Compliance Officer in the implementation and monitoring of the compliance program, in the management of the whistleblowing system and of the 231 Organizational Model

Privacy & Data Protection

• Collaborate with the Privacy Coordinator to ensure proper implementation of GDPR requirements and internal data protection policies.

Who You Are:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 5 years of legal experience, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel

• A strong background in contract drafting and negotiation

• Solid knowledge of compliance and/or privacy regulations

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

• Knowledge of French is considered a plus

• Precision, proactivity, and strong business orientation

• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, international environment.
