We are currently looking for an highly motivated and experienced Grand Vendeur to join our team based in Milan – Via San Pietro all’Orto and contribute to our continued growth and success.
How you will contribute
Sales and Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing in-depth knowledge of the company's products and history.
Guide clients through the selection process, offering personalized advice and styling expertise.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to drive revenue.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, industry news, and competitor products.
Event Participation:
Represent the brand at exclusive events, launches, and promotions to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
Actively contribute to the planning and execution of in-store events.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
Deep understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery craftsmanship.
Ability to communicate the unique features and benefits of each product.
Customer Focus:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
