We are seeking an SAP IT Project Manager with solid functional understanding of SAP FMS, particularly in the areas of Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), and Master Data (MDM), to join our brand. This role does not require deep technical expertise, but rather hands-on experience with SAP in a project or support context, strong coordination skills, and a business-oriented mindset.

You will act as the bridge between our business teams, group-level SAP support, and external vendors, ensuring smooth operations of our distribution SAP stream, while also leading the international rollout of SAP for Retail in AMER, EMEA, and Japan.

    How will you contribute?

    SAP Support for Distribution Processes

    • You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours.
    • Act as the main IT contact for day-to-day SAP-related issues in our supply chain stream (order management, central warehouse operations, financial flows, master data management)
    • Liaise with business users and group IT to follow up on incidents, integration bugs, and enhancement requests.
    • Coordinate with other brands and group teams to align on cross-brand issues and improvement opportunities.
    • Manage the testing and validation of bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Provide guidance and sometimes training to users on SAP usage, including SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
    • Propose and formalize business-relevant improvements to existing SAP processes and configurations.
    • Create functional specifications document for the development of applications (integrations, improvements and reports) and follow up their developments
    • Coordinate with the security teams for user roles and authorizations
    • Act as the IT SAP referent for business and IT teams requiring integration or interaction with SAP, ensuring alignment and smooth interfacing across systems.

    SAP for Retail Rollout Projects

    • Oversee the implementation of SAP for Retail in international regions (AMER, EMEA, Japan), representing the brand’s interests.
    • Ensure alignment between SAP templates and our brand-specific business processes.
    • Coordinate and follow all project phases (design, build, mock, UAT, deployment) from a brand IT stand point.
    • Collaborate with local teams on training, change management, and go-live support.
    • Post-rollout, act as the support referent for users in the new retail scope.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience working with SAP in a functional or IT project coordination role (FMS ECC6 preferred).
    • Good understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MDM modules.
    • Familiarity with SAP AFO (Analysis for Office) and ability to train users on basic usage.
    • Previous exposure to retail and fashion industry processes is highly desirable.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly with both IT and business teams, and follow through on resolution of complex issues.
    • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, structured approach, and team-oriented mindset.
